How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Manywages Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page explains how to send a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You may contact us about any of these:

  • Your experience when contacting Manywages Heating & Air or phoning the number on this site
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If there is a problem with work in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please understand that Manywages Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@manywages.property and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not satisfy you, write back and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about HVAC contractors, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
